  I had the worst experience at this store. When I got there I was greeted by Stacy. She is a nice girl but not very knowledgeable about her products. I bought a full size memory foam bed and was told everything was available. After I paid for it I was told they were out of box springs for that bed. And they would have to order one and they would have it on monday. So Monday came I heard nothing I called them and sense it was a holiday they were unable to order one until Tuesday. On Tuesday no word from them and I called them to find out when they were delivering the box spring. The delivery guys showed up with the box spring and literally drop it off and left they didn't even set it up I paid over $400 dollars and got the worse service I work in the customer service industry. I do everything to make our customers happy and I felt that they did the bare minimum when I called to tell them no one set my bed up she said sorry and nothing else I will never do business with this company and I will spread the word to friends and family to never shop there

  They had the best deals I coud possibly find on a good quality matress. The customer service was amazing from picking out the bed all the way to delivery .
