  People who runs and works at this place lack professionalism and respect towards others. After I told the old guy Lee that I planned to shop around before placing an order. He was mad and told his manager Issac "she still wants to shop around after I offered her $289 on Savoy Danbury". The manager thought I must need financial aids so he said that he could offer me 0 interests. Issac, if you are reading this, I want to remind you don't judge a book by its cover and just because our budget is within 300, it doesn't mean we have to be in debt to sleep on a mattress. As a matter of fact, we never buy things that we cannot afford and we can pay cash if we want. Anyway, I was being polite to them and thanked them before I left. But being treated with disrespect and unprofessionalism made me never want to go back! Both my husband and I have two master's degree and we were shocked by how rude the people were at this place! Wish you guys luck! Unless you fix your attitude and manners, you won't sell much and Lee, you may be get mad all the time! You have to learn to build relationship with people you talk to and be sincere with them first. I am so sad to see people of your age hasn't learned about it yet. That's just really sad! Issac, I learned from other people's review that you always stay behind your table. Your people could not do well if you just sit there and don't support them until the last minute. Move your bottom and work!

  5/5 stars...I came to this store to buy a bed. Daniel helped me understand the difference in each mattress. I was able to make a decision based on his recommendation of what I like and my budget. I was happy to have the next day delivery! I received excellent and friendly service. I'm enjoying my mattress set and bed frame!

  If you come here ask for Daniel, Daniel was very polite and understanding with what I wanted in a bed , he also is very patient. Unlike the store manager Emmanuel who was very rude and yelled at me. Over all my experience here was decent thanks to Daniel.

  Got a good price on 3 nice mattresses with free delivery and setup for their 4th of July Sale. Prices were lower than the department store's sale price. And they even delivered to us on Fourth of July so I didn't have to take off work!

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their beds are the worst. I had to file 2 warranty claims because my bed started to sink. And the 2nd warranty I paid and extra $300 for a different bed. After waiting 2weeks the deliver guys shows up and refuses to take my bed because of stains( that you could BEARLY see) Oh and don't call customer service. You'll never get an answer. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
