  I worked with Dashka and he was able to work my specific wants and needs to help find me the right mattress. He was patient and easy to work with and allowed me to take my time in deciding on the right mattress. Highly recommend!

  David helped me purchase a new mattress after years of sleeping uncomfortably, it was a pleasure to work with someone who really knew the product he was selling. After establishing my price point and doing a sleep position evaluation, David walked me though all the mattresses that he thought would be the best fit. He did not push me to buy the most expensive one but he did guide me through the process of purchasing the right one. You can tell David has taken the time, energy and effort to learn the product and I can assure you that I will be sending my friends family and colleagues to him with all their mattress needs!

  Very happy with my experience here. Worked with Dashka--an extremely knowledgeable, competent, and friendly sales representative--who helped me select the mattress that best fit my body type and budget. As an inquisitive person, I was impressed with his ability to explain the pros and cons of different mattress types in terms of their materials and configuration. Being able to test the mattress itself and receiving critical feedback from an informed sales representative are things you miss if you order your mattress online (which I've done in the past, and won't do again).

  Dashka was knowledgeable and professional. He was extremely helpful. We shopped around a lot. I have to say, this store has simply the best selection. Finally we got exactly what we wished for. Wonderful shopping experience. Thank you!

  During the mattress shopping, the sale person was helpful. The price is reasonable. HOWEVER, the execution of the delivery was HORRIBLE!!! I asked for a Saturday delivery, obviously lived in an apartment, and they did not bother to call me, again, or check with the front desk. The delivery team just left and unwilling to return the same day! Mattress Warehouse and the delivery department expected me to provide very detail instructions, down to how foot steps up to my apartment door. And if I wasn't not precise about my instructions, then it is my fault for not giving them the exact instruction, even though it is obvious you can check with the front desk. I pay $99 for delivery! Come on! Doesn't the customer has some rights?! I had two other delivery and service done on the same day (couch delivery and cable service). Those folks knew exactly to either check with the front desk or just come up to my apartment, without me providing specific instructions. I would give Mattress Warehouse 0 or 1 star, but honestly the shopping part went fine. The sale person was pushy, but not too pushy, and the pricing was decent. I suggest NOT getting your mattress, delivered by Mattress Warehouse, just pick it up if you can. If not, shop somewhere else!
