  Great customer service. I went in and told them my price range, and Chima helped me find the type of mattress I like within my price range. He didn’t try to talk me out of my set price, which I really appreciated.

  The sales person was extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I went in to purchase pillows and got the best one for me. I never knew there was a science to choosing the best one for the most optimum night's sleep.

  Highly recommend using Mattress Firm. I purchased a new mattress from this store and had a great experience with both the salesperson and the delivery team. Mattress Firm delivered my new mattress and took the old one away without any problems. The delivery was within the scheduled 2 hour window and I could even track where the driver was and view the estimated delivery time online, which was frequently updated.

  Customer service was excellent. I came in close to closing time, they have a great selection of value mattresses, and Chima was very kind. They took my old mattress away for free, and the delivery guys were in an out in 5 minutes. Even more impressive because I live in a four floor walk up and one guy brought the mattress up by himself. I got plenty of notification beforehand. Couldn't have asked for better service. Quick tip: DO NOT go to Mattress Warehouse! Google maps will send you there. This Mattress Firm is up about another block.
