  I went to the matress firm Ridgeway, I walked in and no one was in there. I waited ten minutes even walked to the back storage room and no one was there. Eventually I realized the associate was standing outside on the phone! He saw me and continued to talk on the phone. After 15 minutes I decided to leave and go to the mattress firm on high ridge road where I met Gerry G. He was so helpful and attentive. He took his time with me and helped me find the perfect mattress. Gerry G was patient and informative. He made shopping for a mattress fun! Thank you Gerry G!

  I was super pleased with Steven !!! He is beyond amazing and worked with me throughout the entire process and I ended up saving soooo much than expected ! I’d recommend him to anyone! Go to the high ridge mattress firm store because they will work with whatever budget you have !

  I worked with Gerry at the Stamford store and he was remarkably helpful. He listened when I explained I needed two mattresses for a guest room that would be used infrequently. I gave him my budget and he suggested several options. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I placed my order with him on Sat afternoon and the mattresses were delivered on Mon morning. It could not have been easier and stress free. Thx, Gerry.

  Steven was such an amazing salesperson! Not only did he make the process calm and easy, he was so personable and knowledgeable on everything mattress! If you need a new mattress, Steve is the person to come see! We couldn’t have lucked out more! I even had my parents come and see him to purchase their new adjustable bed! Come see him!!

  If you're looking for a mattress, look no further than Mattress Firm on High Ridge Rd! Steven was absolutely amazing to work with. He worked with us to get our perfect mattress within our budget. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and HIGHLY recommend going to see Steven and Gerry! The long version- We started looking for a mattress a few weeks ago, and this was our first stop, though not ready to buy yet. We walked out of the store feeling knowledgable about which mattresses would be best for us, and did not feel any pressure to purchase. We spent the next two weeks shopping around at other stores, just to be sure, but we both knew we would end back up at Mattress Firm, thanks to Steven! We also went to another Mattress Firm location, just to see if they would recommend any other beds to us, and had a bad experience. We immediately called High Ridge Rd Mattress Firm and told them we would be back later that night to purchase. (At this point we spoke with Gerry, who gave us an awesome deal!) They were both ready and waiting for us when we walked in, and we were able to quickly purchase the mattress. The whole experience was wonderful and even if I leave Stamford, I'll still be calling Steven to purchase any future mattresses we need!
