::Choosing the right mattress could be a subtle and time-consuming process, but Dan Coelho has made it a very pleasant experience. He was extremely friendly and always with a smile. He was amazingly patient explaining differences between many choices and helping me try out different mattresses. He clearly has customers' interest in mind, listens to what they need and loves to help them finding the right choice. In the end I did not even notice that the store was supposed to close one and half hour ago, since Dan was so patient and thorough and was never in a hurry. Dan is the best kind of salesman! Thank you! Five stars and highly recommended.

::Dan was amazing! He was polite and listened to what I was looking for. Then he showed me options, while giving me advice on what would work best for our family. He was kind enough to keep my children distracted while I tried different options. He also showed me the booklets on the two mattresses I was leaning towards and explained in detail the differences between the two. IN the end he helped me find the perfect mattress and helped me carry it to my car!! Dan you get five stars!

::I purchased a medium-sized Tulo bed in a box from Mattress Firm. It was a nice experience. The manager, Dan, helped us find the best fit for our sleeping habits and price range. We ordered the mattress just a few days before we were scheduled to move to a new apartment. Dan was able to overnight the mattress for us so we'd have a place to sleep on our first night in our new pad. The place was clean, organized, and had a large inventory of products to test out.
