  I want to thank Thomas at the Mattress Firm in North Bergen for his exceptional customer service. Thomas was patient and knowledgeable about Mattress’s. I like that we didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase. Thomas, Peter and I are so happy with our purchase and can’t wait for the delivery.

  I want to thank Thomas in the North Bergen store for such a great shopping experience. He made my family and I very comfortable during our 1 plus hours of finding the correct mattress. His patience and knowledge of mattresses really helped. You cant beat their 0% for 72 months financing either! Thanks again for the wonderful experience and comfortable mattress.

  Had a great experience yesterday mattress shopping at Mattress Firm in North Bergen, NJ! The salesperson understood exactly what I needed and didn't waste time trying to sell me what I didn't want. He was professional and nice and I was out of there fast after having bought exactly what I wanted and for a GREAT price! I'll follow up with another review after my bed is delivered and it has been slept in. I just want to add to my review now that I have everything. I picked up my mattress the same day they promised me it would be in, but the frame had not come in. They gave me a new date, but it was still not in then because of a snowstorm. I called to express my disappointment and a few days later they really made up for any inconvenience they had caused! Thomas had arranged for it to be delivered the next day for free (I hadn't paid for delivery). It arrived today with the "royal" treatment- a red carpet in my doorway and the workers put on protective "booties" so as not to dirty my floors! EXCELLENT service North Bergen Mattress Firm!!

  Sent my parents down to get a new mattress because they were way past due. The manager, Thomas, took very good care of them. I worry when sending my parents to places because sales people tend to take advantage of them. They always try to over charge and I was able to speak to the manager over the phone and go over the amazing deal he gave us. He was able to work within the price range and we ended up with a high quality mattress that did not break their bank. I appreciate all his help and plan on going here for all future purchases. You should as well. Thank you Thomas!
