  This experience was definitely worth the drive. I went into Mattress Firm knowing absolutely nothing about mattresses, all I knew was that I hadn't had a good rest in years. Brittany took her time and explained to me why it is that I haven't been comfortable lately. This old fashioned customer service is what made me come to google review. I purchased a Beauty Rest Black Hybrid and let me tell you, bed time is now my favorite time.

  Herb was the person in charge to find my husband and I new mattress. He was super helpful showing us all the mattress that might fit our needs. We talked about how firm we like the mattress and he did a tour with us. We felt that he was very honest, he was not pushy - for the pricier one. New mattress mission accomplished ! :)

  We went into the store 45 minutes before closing time. Brittany was there alone, and spent nearly an hour and a half showing us everything about the product in her store and helping us to understand what made the differences between them. She is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful to us. At one point she locked her store and took us next door to the close out store to show us the difference between two mattresses. She was so professional and patient with us, and pleasant even though we were there until well after closing. I highly recommend this store to anyone!
