  A few weeks ago I walked into the store knowing I needed a mattress but unsure of what I was looking for. Thankfully Rose was extremely patient and knowledgeable and walked me through everything. Great customer service the entire way, and I recommend this store for anyone looking for a new mattress, especially if unsure of what exactly you want/need.

  Had to buy a mattress and frame quickly. They were out of stock but Rose helped me find the most convenient location where I could pickup both by the time I needed it. She was very professional and helpful! In the process of assisting me with my purchase, she also provided great conversation and feedback on non-mattress related issues! Excellent customer service.

  I needed a mattress for yearsss , decided with my need job my first purchase is gonna be just that, went to a few well knw store and im telling you people are just horrible and didnt try to help , but on sinday my vousin told me anout mattress firm in merrick and her name is ROSE what a wonderful and helpful women i felt like i could but everything the store , she treat us with kindness ans respect and explained things i didmt even knw about hw to get a good nite sleep and took timw to show us wvwey type of mattress thwy had and the goos and bad , she was exceptionally well learned and i got my delivery today and am as happy as abird in atree ....... thank u mattress firm for having rose in uour merrick store

  Waited patiently for the Memorial Day sale and was not disappointed! Rose was super patient with my 4 and 2 year olds (they ran around like lunatics and ate her entire supply of desk snacks) and very knowledgeable about our mattress options. Mattress was delivered something close to five hours later and I got the best night of sleep I’ve had in years!

  Had a wonderful experience today at mattress firm with the salesperson Rose. She went above and beyond showing my father and I the great selection of mattresses they have in store and she worked tirelessly to get me into the bed that was right for me. From her professional attitude to her vast knowledge everything was wonderful from top to bottom. In the future I will be using mattress firm for all of my sleeping needs!
