  My experience was great both sales men Shawn and Chris treated me with class and respect I enjoyed the experience and I will definitely be telling my family and friends about you guys great customer service.

  I advise never to go to this location for any kind of service. They made our experience horrible. All they seemed to care about was money and not customer satisfaction. They were rude and inconsiderate of our needs. Shaun and Chris were very arrogant and condescending. Don't go to mattress firm and if you do don't go to this location or where ever Shaun and Chris work. Someone needs to create and negative 5 star so I can rate this store.

  Robert spent time with us and explained exactly how to find the right fit. We did not feel pressure to buy high-end. Robert, Allen, and Larry worked well together and the store felt inviting and relaxing. My husband and I felt taken care of before Robert knew our price range. Even after learning that we wanted to pay under a smaller budget, Robert helped us find the perfect fit. We left with more than expected and under budget! Thank you for a great first experience. 😊

  Just bought a mattress from Robert. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was not pushy which was nice. And was very patient with my husband and I even when getting us to agree was a challenge. Definitely recommend this location.

  Megan was fantastic today when I went to check out mattresses. She took the time to go over all the details and did an awesome job with both my wife and I. Although I really wasn't quite ready to buy, her warm friendly approach and patience lead me to pull the trigger. Great customer service and I was really impressed with how she worked with us. Two thumbs up!
