  Great experience! I was in search of a new mattress but didn't exactly know what I was looking for. I'd gone to 4 or 5 different mattress stores over the weekend and none seemed to have the mattress or customer service that I needed. I walked into the Mattress Firm at Landmark Plaza 20 minutes before they closed and was helped by Saundra who was AMAZING! She had outstanding customer service and even stayed past closing to help me find the perfect mattress. I was a bit indecisive and needed a day to think about it and Saundra was very patient and understanding. I ended up coming back the next day and purchasing a memory foam mattress with an adjustable base. Please go to this location and ask for Saundra! You won't regret it.

  Run as fast as you can from this place. After catering to me at the store the mattress arrived. The mattress came with a large mud stain where it had been carelessly drug across mud. Additionally there we bugs crawling inside the plastic. I immediately called the store and was told "we cannot help you". As you can see from the pictures I called multiple times and was dismissed each time. Do not waste your money at this store. Update 7/27/17**** Saundra was the best. Was patient with us and helped us find the best mattress. Would repeat for next mattress.
