  I passed by several Mattress Firms but I decided to go to this one and I'm glad I did. The sales person was extremely helpful and I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. The product was just as he had stated, I would come to this store again.

  Great customer service and took time to show me around and we found a great mattress. Great customer service representative jeff helped us we are esctatic with our purchase

  The sales associate was very rude didn't want to answer any of my questions. Just want to close the deal and get my info. However the Mattress itself is amazing overall not bad although I could get better one if not for this rude sales associate he had no idea what is customer service is!!
