  Daniel is well-informed, patient and friendly. He has a knack for understanding sleep needs and finding the perfect mattress. The store has a wide variety and is very reasonably priced! I highly recommend a visit when you are in the market for a mattress or bedding.

  My family and I were in he market for two new beds. We came to this Mattress Firm location and Daniel was amazing. It was a big purchase so we took a couple of days to make our decision. Daniel was so patient and never made us feel like his only concern was making a sale. He helped us get an absolutely amazing deal on our beds. My family couldn't be more pleased. I recommend that anyone who is looking for a mattress or complete bed that you visit Daniel at the Waterside Mattress Firm. There is no better deal anywhere else. I promise.

  Richard and Chris were beyond helpful and gracious! Even made us coffee and a custom made cup! Would recommend them to anyone looking for amazing customer service and if you're looking for coconut scented pillows.

  My boyfriend and I came in 20 minutes before closing really not expecting to buy that night. However, the experience Robert J. Boland provided us with along with his vast amount of knowledge he had not only about the products we were interested in but the benefits they provided, which I already knew to be accurate, really sealed the deal. He walked us through the entire experience right from the beginning of determining which bed was within our desired price range, what type of bed we liked the best through trying them and asking what we did or did not like, right down to our pillow selection. Robert made the process of purchasing a mattress a walk in the park! He made sure to inform us of how to properly care for our mattress thus ensuring we were protecting our investment. I suffer from chronic, lower back pain, and he knew right away that the best thing for me would be an adjustable base for our new mattress. He took the time to demonstrate how everything worked for us even though we kept him a whole hour after closing! We ended up financing a L&P 100 series II adjustable base, a blue touch 300 firm mattress, 2 Columbia omni-max pillows , and a pab tencel mattress protector. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience we had with Robert and feel 100% confident in the investment we made today.

  Went in to look at purchasing my first new mattress set and the Manager, Chris Brewer was great at giving me a ton of options and was mindful of my budget! He was determined to have me walk out of the store with a bed and not have buyers remorse! I got a great deal on a new mattress, box spring, frame, mattress pad and delivery!
