  Listen I’m more of an online purchaser until my brother in law told me to go the mattress firm in Linwood plaza. We go this store and as soon as we walked in Luis welcomed us with open arms, this man is a fantastic salesperson. Delivery of our mattress was almost next day. Everything was wonderful until my husband noticed a defect in the mattress. Once again Luis came to our rescue and helped us with this mattress defect. If ANYBODY is looking to buy a mattress go to mattress firm in Linwood plaza. Luis will definitely take care of you and treat you like family. GRACIAS LUIS

  Luis was Amazing! We had so many questions and he was able to answer every single one of them in detail. He asked us questions to find our needs and wants as well. He was very patient and gave us space while we tested many mattresses. At no point did he push an expensive mattress on us. It’s been years since we purchased a mattress and it was a pleasant experience. It was overwhelming at first but Luis definitely made us feel at ease. We left very happy with his excellent customer service and people skills! Ohhh and he was very funny! Go check him out! See you soon Luis!

  Luis was amazing! I had a great experience here. I'm moving into a house and needed everything for 3 bedrooms. He was very helpful, especially with finding alternative options for a cramped stairwell that wouldn't fit a standard box spring. Luis took the time to sit with me and discuss all my options and gave me a great deal. He was able to answer all my questions and made this process fun.

  I had about 45 minutes of my break to get a great mattress with a budget. I walked into the Mattress Firm at Linwood Plaza and Luis had greeted me. He could already tell I was in a hurry and needed to make a deal. Let me tell you, one of the nicest people I've ever had to deal with in retail. He was helpful, honest, and most of all 100% receptive of what I was there for. He wasn't trying to push me into something I didn't want, he was the complete opposite! What a great experience. Within 30 minutes he gave me such a great deal on a mattress, box spring and metal frame! The delivery was set up for a Saturday. The delivery window was short, which was great because Saturday's in my house are chaotic! The delivery guys came about 1hr earlier than expected. The two gentlemen were so nice had protective smocks on their feet very considerate of my floors! They were quick, professional and super nice. Overall had a wonderful experience and would recommend Luis and his guys to anyone who is looking for a great mattress! Thank you Luis and team for an overall 100% great experience!

He was able to hear our preferences and let us explore mattress possibilities. His expertise, demeanor and attention to detail helped us to finally buy the perfect mattress to suit our needs. If you need a mattress this is definitely the place to go. With Luis guiding you, you will be happy with your new mattress. Not only was the shopping experience wonderful, but the delivery service was also superlative. We got robo calls telling us when the mattress would arrive the night before and the day of delivery. Luis also called both times to confirm. They were on time, pleasant and neat!! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO, AND THE SALESPERSON TO SEE!!!
