  This is a long story, but I'll make it short. We bought a mattress in May of 16. Spent just under $1000. Was good at first but went south after 6 months. Tried to get it replaced, but no go. Store wouldn't do anything. Went to Scott at Foothills Village and he totally took care of the issue. Got a better mattress, higher quality, and he did some adjustments to make the numbers work. We were completely satisfied. Then, when we told him about our neck and back issues, he gave us two pillows, one for me and my wife, and said it would take care of that. Well, he knows what he's talking about. For the first time in a year, we woke up with no neck issues. The mattress should take care of the back issues. I have confidence in him.
