::Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, a lady was behind the desk and she refused to move. She didn't even greet us when I walked in. I informed her that I was looking for a very firm mattress, she still stayed at the desk and directed me to the yellow tagged items. I walked from mattress to mattress and she didn't offer me any assistance. I didn't feel like the mattresses were firm enough, so I left and the lady behind the desk never looked up to say by. I walked in with every intention of purchasing a new mattress today, but clearly she wasn't interested in a sale. I will be looking elsewhere this afternoon.

::When I went in to Sleepy’s on Ralph Ave Bk, NY, I was greeted by a man name Rob. I thought a mattress was a mattress haha, well until I met Rob. Rob showed me otherwise, that is when I realized that I knew absolutely nothing about mattress or even box springs. He taught me so much about mattresses (plush, firm, pillow top, etc.), I did not realize that there was so many different types. Rob was very friendly and patient he asked me what type of mattress I want and what was my price range. My dad and I were able to try every mattress that was on the display. Thank God for Rob who was very patient because dealing with my dad who has no patients and much undecided was rough! When we found the mattress that we wanted, he was very accommodating in terms of working within my price range and arranging for delivery and pick up and he even included the mattress protector, all for a good budget! There are all different types of hours for delivery. The good thing about their delivery is that the set up your new mattress and take the old one away. All in all, a phenomenal experience, I highly recommend them and especially Rob!
