  Eva is AMAZING. This was our first mattress purchase (from a mattress store) and she made the experience a great one. She listened to our needs and wants, and went absolutely above and beyond to get us quality product(s) at a price we could live with. I highly recommend this location, especially because of Eva. I hope Mattress Firm appreciates what a gem they have with her! Mahalo Eva!!

  Eva was so helpful. Once she found out my current situation, I've been sleeping on an air mattress for two months, she was determined to find something within my budget so I could stop sleeping on the floor. She got me a great discount and a quality mattress delivered within my budget. Thank you Mattress Firm and Eva!

  I went on a Sunday and was the only one in the showroom. My salesman what incredibly nice and informative. He was understanding that while I wanted information about mattresses I had no interest in knowing every detail and helped me find the perfect bed. He went out of his way to provide me his personal number and text me when my mattress delivery was confirmed. He was awesome and the delivery guys were efficient and apologetic when they were running late, but the tracking was incredibly up to date. Overall great experience.
