  I had a bed delivered not realizing I needed a box spring. I stopped into this location and Neil Koenig was the sales person who was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to contact a few local stores until he found one that had what I needed. This level of customer service is lacking in so many places. I would definitely go back there for any mattress/box spring needs in the future. Thanks Neil!

  I would like to recommend all my friends and family to this Mattress store. We shopped till we dropped and Peter Cuccia from the store at 2061 Jericho Tnpk gave us a great deal... he explained all the differences and took his time, unlike the other salesperson we spoke to. Great customer service!

  This was my first experience purchasing a mattress and it was a great one. My salesman Neil Keonig had so much patience and helped me find a perfect fit for my price range. I would defiantly recommend this Mattress Firm and am looking forward to sleeping on my new bed and pillow tonight!

  This was my first experience ever purchasing a mattress and it couldn't have been any easier thanks to Neil Keonig. He provided excellent customer service and was extremely thorough in helping my girlfriend and me pick out a mattress that best suited our needs and price range. We were originally going to buy a bed frame elsewhere but Neil gave us a great deal on one of their floor models so we just couldn't say no! I definitely recommend Mattress Firm over other mattress retailers!
