::Make note of what mattress you originally paid for if you’re having it delivered. I purchased a mattress here then days later a different one was delivered to my home. Sedgwick was extremely unhelpful through it all. Although he told me he would follow up with me, I never received a single phone call from him. I had to be the one to call to follow up on when my correct mattress would be delivered. To top it off, they wouldn’t even accommodate my schedule for the new delivery even though they were the ones to screw up. It shouldn’t be this hard to purchase a new mattress. There are plenty of other competitors on the market.

::You Have to Buy Your Mattress Here. Heather is simply incredible. She makes it her business to sell you something that's perfectly fitted for you. Whether it cost $100 or $1,000, her main priority is to ensure you're going to get a good night's rest. I have never encountered such a pleasant sales associate who's willing to take as much time as it takes to ensure you're completely satisfied.

::We looked around at 3 different stores before finally deciding. THIS WAS THE PLACE TO INVEST IN OUR SLEEP, MONEY, AND TIME !!! I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW GREAT OF A TIME MY BOYFRIEND, AND I HAD SHOPPING FOR A MATTRESS! I COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BEEN TREATED BETTER BY HEATHER! She was amazing, and very knowledgeable she let us take our time, and was very patient when it came to making our final decision. Will buy from her in the future for all our mattress needs.

::This was the first mattress that my boyfriend and I purchased together, and we had some reservations about the shopping process because our preferences are so different but the sales associate we spoke to, Heather, was very helpful and patient with our differences. We never felt pressured to buy, and were given time and privacy when we felt we needed some extra time to lay in the beds. Heather worked a lot with us (she's very patient!) and called several stores checking for our 'ideal' mattress - bed size, type & price. We almost gave up but she found us a great bed that my boyfriend and I are so happy with!! We're very happy with our experience!
