  We went to mattress firm in Charleston looking for a mattress for my son to convert his toddler bed into a full. Will provided us with Excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely child friendly with my son. Would definitely recommend.

  We just purchased two mattresses from this location. One king Dream bed and one full. Our sales person was Kevin Tappan. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We went another mattress firm yesterday and the staff there were no were near as professional as Kevin. If you need a mattress this is the place to come. Just ask for Kevin.

  Fran, at the Charleston Mattress Firm, was absolutely fantastic. So very helpful. She went out of her way to make me feel very comfortable and relaxed so I could completely explain my concerns & she answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She’s indeed an asset to this company. Wish I could find associates like her in other stores/companies.

  I went to Mattress Firm today and was lucky to have met John. He's wonderful! Very personable, extremely knowledgeable actually listened to me and my needs and was able to help me find the perfect bed based on my budget and my current sleep issues. John went out of his way to make sure I tested several beds and gave me red carped service. He was very patient and kind. It was a wonderful experience and I would happily recommend him to all. Really excited to get our new bed! Thanks John!!
