  I was moving from Chicago to Raleigh and was in need of a new mattress. The salesperson Steven was really helpful in informing me about all the different types of mattresses and was patient as I made sure to try every single one out. He was not pushy at all, and I ended up buying a mattress with no ease.

  Great experience shopping at the Cameron Village Mattress Firm today. Donny was a huge help in assessing my budget, needs, and timeline. His recommendation was a store-brand mattress that fits my budget and will make our guest room comfy for friends and family. Thanks, Donny!!!

  My fiancee and I visiting Mattress Firm after months of needing a larger mattress. We were very close to purchasing a mattress online because we had always heard about what a headache mattress shopping was. I am so glad we chose to come into Mattress Firm. Our salesperson Donny was extremely helpful, pulling many options for us to lay on and test directly. We had a tight budget and he worked diligently to find a great option within our price point (and for much less than the online options we had been looking at!). All and all the experience took about half an hour and was totally painless. Thanks guys, highly recommend.

  My experience at Mattress Firm in Cameron Village was excellent from start to finish. First of all, Donny, the sales manager, was awesome. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction for the best mattress for my situation. I feel confident he went the extra mile in giving me the best deal possible. A couple of days after I bought the mattress set (and before it was delivered), I realized I had made a mistake in ordering the box springs and needed a different height. I called Donny, and within a couple of minutes he made the change on the order and sent me a confirmation of the change. He was very accommodating and made all of this a very pleasant experience. Today I received the mattress, box springs, dream pillow and mattress cover. They were delivered by two very nice men, Tavish and his colleague whose name I couldn't quite catch. They took care of hauling away the old set, and again I had a most pleasant experience. I honestly had not expected my mattress buying experience to be so pleasant. I highly recommend Donny and Mattress Firm in Cameron Village.

  ***Update*** After contacting the mattress firm 1-800 # I was able to get the damaged mattress replaced, at no additional charge. The re-delivery went smooth, there must have had been a pre-delivery pep talk about pulling out all the stops for this one. I am satisfied with how mattress firm has handled the situation. The bed frame damage issue is still unresolved. I have updated my rating to 3 stars, it will be 4 stars if the bed is fixed, and 5 starts would have been a delivery without problems or a quick resolution to accidents, because they happen from time to time. I would recommend Mattress firm ************** This was my first Mattress Firm purchase and I was very happy with service and knowledge that the famous Donny provided me. Everything went south however with the delivery company, but to get back to Donny, I will tell you that he is not pushy, and he will walk you through all of the mattress options that are available until you feel comfortable with your decision. He even stayed after closing so that we could complete our order. The delivery was another story. What I was expecting was to pay money for a quality mattress and pay money for competent delivery. The two delivery guys seemed to have trouble knowing how to lift and set a mattress on a bed frame. I don't know if it was lack of training or if daily elementary tasks give them trouble, but instead of setting the mattress on the frame they slid the mattress, catching an edge of the bed frame. A chunk of wood came out of the the bed frame and punctured the mattress. A rep from the delivery company came out and took pictures of the damage, said he would get back to me with a solution. A couple weeks went by and I heard nothing, so i contacted the delivery company again. I was then informed that the delivery company would not replace my mattress and that the bed frame was damaged prior to delivery. So either I'm lying or the delivery company wont accept responsibility for what started out as a mistake, but now has become a hostile situation. The time and stress required of me to solve this simple problem has been more than what I would have guessed from a company like Mattress Firm. I still only want a mattress without a hole and a bed frame that has no damage, two requests that I expected to be easily honored by the cost of the mattress and cost of delivery. I WILL NOT be making another purchase from Mattress Firm and will not allow friends and family to shop there. I don't expect to deter you from shopping at Mattress Firm, but I do caution you to watch the delivery drivers like a hawk. I expect after your mattress delivery you will also understand how a situation like this is very possible. I am still in the process of working with Mattress Firm and the delivery company to resolve this issue and there is still time to correct the problems so that I would return to Mattress Firm. I will gladly edit this post if an acceptable resolution is reached.
