::Entered the store, one salesperson was with a bunch of other people at the desk. Was approached and asked why I was there, told them I was looking for a full-sized bed frame and a mattress to go along with it. The response was, "Are you sure? The stuff we got here is expensive." I thanked them and left with my honor intact. Would give it a 0 rating if possible.

::My fiance and I went here to try beds and had the absolute best experience. Mervin, the store manager who helped us, was kind and easy to get along with. He was not pushy at all and seemed to genuinely have both our best interest and our wallet's best interest at heart. I cannot rave enough about how wonderful Mervin was! Hopefully the bed turns out to be just as great.

::Wow! I have to admit that with all the rage about buying your mattress online, I was a little skeptical about going into this polished looking store in the Back Bay. It didn't take long for us to realize that we had made the right choice. Mervin was amazing -- knowledgeable, patient, and one of the nicest human beings we have met in Boston. He really took the time to guide us through the process of choosing the right mattress and is not afraid to give you his opinions on what will work best for your needs. Once we found what we wanted, he went above and beyond to make sure we had the bed as soon as possible. Thanks to him, we just woke up on our new bed after one of the best nights of sleep we have had. Don't bother with going online and don't waste your time in another store. If you want the right bed for you and a great experience finding it, you must go to this store!
