  Rob is simply amazing! He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and kind. He could tell it had been a long time since I'd been shopping for mattresses and as a result, he could sense I overwhelmed. He went out of his way to take his time to explain everything to me. He was very detailed and specific which I really appreciated. He made me quite comfortable considering shopping for mattresses isn't a fun task. He offered me options and solutions to my hesitations... He also took his time to work within my budget! I highly recommend anyone to go see Rob on Steinway! He's awesome! Vicky

  As soon as I came in was greeted by both reps. Ended up dealing with Robert whom was very professional and attentive. Told him what I needed and have had for years and based options off of that info which was impressive. Definitely will recommend going forward to all my friends.

  If you're in the area and looking for a new mattress, look no further. Exemplary customer service. Robert, the sales associate I met, was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and I couldn't be happier with the mattress I purchased - especially for the price! The delivery crew had it in my home the following day and I've slept like a log since then. Highly recommended!
