  Sazar was the most amazing masseuse EVER. Seriously he is worth every penny and I will be returning next month for another session with him. I just started weight training and I a walking knot. I left feeling like a breathe of fresh air.I didn’t have any issues with the front desk at all. I actually called for same day availability and I quickly accommodated!

  I have been in this place since Jan of 2013 (more than 5 years). There were multiple incidents but this one just topped them all. I came out to the front desk and they are all talking about dah and ha and at the same time asking me how was it, and from here to there she charges my credit card asking me if I would like to leave gratuity. I told her, not at this time. I didn't feel comfortable saying why in front of 4 individuals who were standing at the front desk yapping. So the receptionist said to me in a condescending manner, "It is recommended to give gratuity cause the workers here live off of it." I was so embarrassed!!!! I am trying to replace my first masseur who left a while ago. I still can't find quite the same quality of massage that I had with my first massuer. My facialist also left and I am beginning my journey finding a new one. I can understand that people move on etc. BUT the variety of good quality doesn't seem to exist anymore in this place. Maybe my expectations are too high however those high expectations were established in the very beginning at massage envy. At Massage Envy Nanuet there is a revolving door of emplyees on top of that they raised their prices. The receptionist also sold me a cleansing kit (I paid for it) and I left the place without it. I realized when I reached my car, I didn't have the kit with me so I went right back and asked for the kit. Again, the receptionist said, "It was here on the counter you must of taken it with you." They looked at me with a suspicious look. So they had to pull out one of the girls that went to the back and ask if she placed the item back on the shelf after another girl at the front said, "You should check, there should be 3 kits on the shelf." They saw that there were three kits and so they knew I wasn't inventing a story. I WAS SO EMBARRASSED! I CANCELLED ALL MY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS AND MY MEMBERSHIP! Massage Envy contacted me via phone when I specifically asked them to contact me via email. They apologized, and didn't even try to compensate to keep me as a valued customer, they just persued with the cancellation.

  Worst experience rude staff they treated me real bad. I was a little confused about how they were booking an appointment and they got very defensive and aggressive. The manager has no clue what customer service means. She was very rude, instead of being understanding and helpful she was impatient and very aggressive. If I was the owner I will not trust the manager terrible experience.

  They stole my money because I was 10 min late and called prior to coming to let them know I was coming from the city. They told me to just try and make it. When I got there, they told me that my one hour massage was cut to a 30min session. I couldn't believe it! they should have disclosed that part to me over the phone but didn't. I could've rescheduled for a different day, but I was obliged to pay for a service I did not receive. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude. Please reconsider what kind of people you have representing your business. I will never step foot in a massage envy spa ever again, the experience was all too bitter. This message is from a hardworking woman who just wanted to relax for an hour.

  Went in on Sunday evening to purchase a gift for my husband, the young lady at the front desk was very welcoming. I asked her to use the bathroom before my purchase and she said sure. That's where everything went downhill. The bathroom had crushing from the looks of it marijuana leaves and the hallway reaked of marijuana. Where n I returned to the front there was a second girl at the front desk and the whole front smelled exactly like the back. I asked if the girls smelt anything and both sat in silence. Always purchase gift cards from this location but I'm afraid I'll take my money elsewhere.
