  I loved this place. My husband surprised me and got his & hers message for our 3yr anniversary. I definitely recommend this place. my message was amazing. My face message was ok. I would do it again though. I told my husband I want this every holiday as a gift or occasion.

  Got a couples massage a couple of weeks back. Not a very enjoyable experience. Massage started 5 minutes late because my masseuse was stumbling around and arguing about supplies with the front desk. Masseuses also were very confused and uncoordinated about preparing couple massage room. Made us feel rushed and unrelaxed. Massage was decent but finished 5 minutes before the hour EVEN despite having started five minutes late. Essentially, about 10-12 minutes of our massage time was wiped away and we were still charged full price. This location is unorganized and hectic. Do not recommend. Felt more like a busy airport than a massage spa.

  I had a pleasant experience at this location. This was my first time receiving a massage, and I'd walked in along with a friend on a fairly busy Tuesday afternoon. We were both able to receive appointments for the same day, which was a surprise. My experience, from beginning to end was lovely. My therapists name was Anthony and he provided a wonderful experience. He was very nice and unknowingly, helped to calm my nerves. I primarily live in DC and usually avoid business trips to Miami, but I'll volunteer from now on in hopes of making it to this place. The lovely lady checking me out (I can't quite recall, though I am inclined to say her name is Akira) was very helpful and answered all questions that I had, not once insinuating that I was taking up her time. A very pleasant experience and overall, it's what helped me make the decision to commit to the monthly plan. Huge thanks to the lovely people here.

  I am not sure why this place got such low ratings because I had an amazing experience. Claudia is a great masseuse and really did a great job getting all my aches and pains out during my deep tissue massage. I have a stiff back so I tend to start off with hard pressure until I can not take any more. Sensing my pain, Claudia kept checking in with me when she thought I was uncomfortable and would adjust her pressure accordingly. I usually have bad experiences with facials since my skin is so sensitive but I had a great experience here with that service as well! No allergic reactions and she talked me through everything she was doing so I would feel comfortable. In fact, I was so relaxed, I even managed to fall asleep during the extraction process. This is now my new massage venue- I will be back for future visits.
