Worst experience. Peter and Jesse pretend to be interested when you purchase the vehicle. When you call back regarding questions or concerns, they don't return a call or an Email. Can't believe I spent a 100K on Maserati and they treat customers like they bought a Chevy!! Will never recommend this dealership and will go back to Porsche ASAP.

The dealership is a scam. Once they get a check from you - never care and follow up what going on. Once I picked up my new Levante, it has been over a month and my temp plates expired, nobody even cared. I didn't receive the metal plates and sales rep (Gaetano Lippis) wasn't even aware whats going on. Another guy, manager, red hairs tall guy, name is Peter Lehmann, instead of knocking down 1K from the price, promised to overnight a package with some Maserati goodies like hat, short and accessories from a store. Never did. I reminded him three times - he promised again and never did again. I asked my sales rep Gaetano to remind as well - he said he can't go agains the manager and just provided his email (Screen shot attached). This is not how Luxury Italian Brand must be represented. Both are those guys just don't deserve to sell Maserati, they prob need to sell smth on flea market. Bottom lane - is a shame to have this service for such great brand.

These guys are the worst luxury car dealer I have ever dealt with. They quote a price for a vehicle then do a bait and switch. You can't take the bad car deal reputation out of the car dealer.
