  Great people, amazing training. I have been training martial arts for over 20 years and while getting prepare for a fight I found Bwarrior and became like my family ever since. If you are looking to learn striking and grappling or just want to sweat and get in shape while learning how to defend yourself. This is the place to go to.

  I'm going to this place for 4 years and it's just getting better. after the renovation now they have showers. people are always nice. and kickboxing is a relaxing sport. love it. jab cross hook uppercut :)

  I have been coming here for two years now. Brayner is trustworthy, dependable, and definitely know's his stuff. My training ranges from combat sports like boxing to circuit training (burpees, pull-ups, pushups) and my confidence has never been higher. The gym is pretty cool too. Definitely my favorite spot to work out in Midtown.
