This place is simply the best I have ever gone to front desk gals are super polite, dental assistants are also very polite, dentist was super nice and very fast!!! Wait time was so quick!! I would recommend this place to everyone please don’t waste time going anywhere else in the area this is it!! I will definitely stick to this place from now on!!! Thank you for treating my daughter!!!

::I been a patient for more than 10+ years. I really like doctor Martinez and the cleaning technician. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and giving this practice my service. Because of a mistake the office assistant/administrative assistant/billing person made, they charged me for a cleaning that should have been covered by my insurance and have never compensated or corrected the situation. Someone clearly did not do their job that day. My review is specifically for the office assistant/administrative assistant/billing person. Beware and make sure that you know when you are due for your dental cleaning. Update 3/11/2023: now they are charging me for an office visit that THEY canceled. Will be filling a complaint about their business practices.

::Today would have been the third time taking my daughter for her check-up and they didn’t disappoint. I made an appointment for 2pm, it was 2:20pm and I was still waiting… every single time I go it’s the same thing. I wait for 30+mins and once it’s my daughters turn the dentist rushes and dismisses us in 10 mins. Why give me an appointment at a certain time and make me wait without giving me updates? The secretary needs to communicate…

::The most prestigious , organized, and friendly dental I’ve been to! The staff members are welcoming, helpful, informative, and on top of their work always. I’ve been getting my dental work done here for 18 years now, I’ve gotten braces, cleanings, retainers, etc and each and every time I have been satisfied, sufficiently informed with the aftercare, and easily made appointments!! The best part is that the staff and especially manager is willing to work within your budget, your time, and any accommodations you may need. The manager is always assisting every inch of the office and always has a smile on her face which makes the experience 10x more enjoyable. The office is a clean space, conditioned area, and definitely sanitary. My calls are always being answered quick and precise with all the information I need to know. Overall, the smoothest dental for quick assistance, top quality work, and professional performance. No other dental will beat the Martinez Family dental, it truly makes you feel apart of a family.
