  I went to Marshall's on my lunch break today. Store was clean, prices were ok, but the older lady that worked in the dressing room section was flat out RUDE! She literally yanked the hangers out of my hand to see how many clothes I had and pushed them back at me with my number. When I got out, she yanked it back out again. I will not be going back to this store anytime soon.

  I once was a 5 star customer! After shopping at Home Goods and Marshall’s for years and spending thousands of dollars I will not go back to this location much less maybe none at all. I called about a week ago and asked if I did not have the receipt and did not have a barcode on the item could I bring up that because the product was broken I bought 2 pitchers to use for a party so obviously I took the tags off before the party the pitchers leaked right when I put tea and water in them. I was told yes if the product was still in system, you can get a store credits I asked are you sure since I don’t have a receipt? Yes the lady told me. I go in today and NO! Not a chance. Didn’t even try to look up the product in the system or make the customer happy at all. Only was told no receipt no return. Thank you for loosing a great customer over 16.99 pitchers!!

  I purchased some of their gormet food. At the time of purchase, i was told that i could return the item(s) if i didn't like the food. Upon attempting the return, it wasn't in resellable condition so the return was not honored. Plenty of stores take returns that cannot b resold! Their return policy is NOT on their receipt. I called customer service about my measly 10 buck reward. i spent 200 bucks since this January. The lady said that i had NOT accumulated enough points. The last time i got a 10 buck certificate, i spent 200 or more bucks! A cashier at the store confirmed that every 200 bucks, u get a pitiful $10 certificate, smh. After nearly 2 years of on time payments, I've NEVER received a guideline increase!

  It was good. They have lots of stuff here. Lots of places to search around. Pretty cool stuff. Give it a go, you might actually love it!

  Love love love this store. Place to go for kitchen stuff. Lots of pet supplies and wonderful prices. Lots of new stock added about twice a week...all new stuff. ALWAYS find something I can't live without in Home Goods!!
