  First time experience at Marshalls since we were visiting Miami. Special thanks to Anna R., she was very polite and helpful as we had a question regarding prices! We will come back and spread the message in Europe!

  I visited here today and I had a terrible experience at checkout. Christine had her light on but she wasn’t open and us approaching her register made her visibly upset. I was then called to a gentleman at register 3. My boyfriend and I was purchasing a purse and a polo shirt for my birthday dinner and we were stereotyped. A gentlemen proceeded to check us out and in meantime Christine was counting her drawer. Clearly the man was not in training, but Christine proceeded to loudly tell the man to make sure I wasn’t stealing anything in the purse. I would never steal. I have years of experience in customer service and hospitality and her behavior was below standard. Just an FYI.

  It’s nice to have a marshals by Lincoln Road as it gives you a good selection of every day items that you don’t have to travel to get in Miami
