  Valet easy, check in easy, elevators are quick, room is comfortable but seems customized to shorter people. Bed, headboard, chairs, and tables are I would say at least a foot shorter than standard rooms that I have stayed in anywhere else. While the height isn't bad, it's just something to get used to. Bathroom and shower are nice. Plugs with usb are seemingly everywhere you would need one. They really seem to think of the guests needs with the layout.

  Amazing! The service, the design, the staff is amazing. My room was on the 37th floor, beautiful view of the downtown skyline. I would recommend joining the rewards club, after doing so...my room was very affordable. Since this is a new hotel, the rooms are very modern as well. I've already booked 2 rooms for my friends that are visiting from Atlanta in July. Well done Marriott!

  Went to the private party for the grand opening of the Marriott Marquis in Chicago last year. There was a private performance from Jennifer Hudson. We got to try some of the delicious food that they offer as catering for any of your meetings, weddings, and business events. Conveniently located right next to McCormick Place Convention Center it is very convenient for business meetings and conventions. The hotel itself is luxurious with very helpful staff and five star accommodations. The lobby and reception area is up scale and the restaurant's offer a wide variety of food for any and all tastes. A wonderful addition to the Marriott Hotel chain with updated technology and a great View. Beautiful and modern, a great place to stay for business and convenience.

  Very nice rooms. Front desk staff, bellhops are wonderful. Love the built in Internet TV, comfortable beds, walk in shower. "At your service" needs work. Called it for Room Service, probably rang 40-50 times before they answered. Basic food was delivered 45 minutes later. 3 people ordered, all 3 of us missing something. Chips and soda took 30 minutes to get. Called AYS again next day to get toilet paper, and again took 5-6 minutes of ringing for someone to answer. Also, no pool in the hotel (hotel never claims to have one, but many people in our group expected one ... So this is just FYI)

  Marriott Marquis Chicago is an excellent property I recently stayed for 5 days for work! I love the fact that it's connected to the arena and Convention Center so that you don't have to actually go outside in order to access the convention center. The rooms look amazing and the beds are even more comfortable than they look! My favorite amenity is the 24 hour gym! The restaurant had some good food and drinks! This property is excellent for a work convention and I would definitely be coming back to stay here personally!
