  This is definitely a five-star premium service and everything is wonderful clean and a good night sleep. Restaurant at delicious food and wonderful items to choose from. You will not be disappointed with the Marriott. We stayed while visiting night. You'll sister at Houston Methodist Hospital. Always a transport available for you to get to the hospital insurance that you need and a pickup and from there to get back to the hotel. We will always stay there during her hospital visits in this area for sure. The best experience you will ever enjoy. Friendly helpful always there as you need them and the best customer service you will ever find.

  Owners need to be involved more and pay attention to the employees and probably needs to pay better salaries One gets what you pay for and training is so important. Supervision of the staff could improve work ethic.

  Rooms are really good and most of the staff really helpful. Free dinner (sun-thu) was really good. The complementary breakfast though is quite limited and is the very same thing EVERY DAY. They don't vary a single thing. This was a problem for me as I stayed here for 15 days. There's another area that serves the same breakfast with few extra items (waffle, omelette) but you pay 20 bucks for it. It would be great if they offered at least every weekend free breakfast for long stay guests.

  Very clean. Staff was very helpful. Valet very professional. Close to restaurants in the area. Also had indoor restaurant and pool. Rooms don't have microwave but located in the fourth floor.

  Nice hotel. It is in the med center so very convenient for loved ones to visit patients. I hope the families get discounts because 3 nights was over $900. I was able to expense my stay. But......wow. For families with patients, it seemed too expensive.
