  Worst customer service ever. I called them 3 times and each time I was transferred to 3 to 4 different sales rep and than voice mail. May be because I am inquireing about a small car

  They helped me get out of my old car a bit early so I can take advantage of the Lexus holiday specials. They also handle the whole process of returning the old car. They got me a new Lexus Suv with awesome new features. Price was unbeatable. Staff was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

  Absolute pleasure dealing with Marquis Autos, Got a great deal on my 2016 BMW 7 series. Easy deal, great follow up, excellent service. Will definitely go back for my next car.

  The worst experience i have ever had. Worse than used car sales men. Not only did Zevy tell me he had a deal for me for 3 weeks, when he finally got "the deal" and instructed me to buy insurance for the specific car he tells me the next day the car is actually $25 more a month. Obviously i was not happy, but told him to move forward anyways. He said he'd get back to me and did not. Finally a week later i reach him and he can't get me a deal anywhere near anything what he promised. Wasted 5 weeks and cost me a month of insurance for a car i never had. My brother was also delivered a car without a service package which is what he was promised. Never Again!!!!

  "This one is long overdue. Great dealership. I am especially impressed with their service department. I have had my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced twice - Oil changes/recall upgrades. I am always treated with respect and provided a high level of customer service. Most notably with my last visit I met someone in the service department. He was extremely efficient processing my vehicle quickly and moving me through the process. Great service hours, Monday through Saturday. I'm really glade these guys are in my backyard!"
