  I thought Marlo’s was a bar since when did they start charging $10 to get in ??? Ordered their wings Mac and cheese and collard greens . Everything was great besides the collard greens. DJ for the night was ok. Bartender beautiful black woman with a short haircut was pleasant and worked fast took orders precisely and had a smile the whole time

  Threw my mother's 50th here. Loved the spot and enjoyed not having to buy a DJ. However it was frustrating to have people wander upstairs to nose around as they were allowed to sit at the bar. Didn't bother my mother or guests too much and we had fun. Just wish we were told in advance.

  Used to go all the time, then after 3 years went on a Thursday night and it was Super Rachet. But the drinks are really good and strong and the music is good and they have really good food too. But Warning..it really is hood ratchet regarding crowd.

  I enjoy myself here all the time! its in the hood and there is not a lot of parking but the food is really good and the drinks are cheap. the crowd is predominantly African American and the music is hip hop and R&B. they cook soul food and its a little pricey. its a peaceful "hood" bar! but it seems the people who attend are about 30 and up so not a lot of drama.
