  Anyway to give negative stars. This place is a joke. We ordered my courts dresses in November 2017. 6 one design and one another. It took her 4 months to receive these dresses after many phone calls and stories behind stories to finally receive 7 identical dresses that we did not order. Any other business would have apologized and empathized with us as customer or worked with us to get us the dresses we ordered. But instead we were insulted and belittled. She stated we knew what we were getting into and that she cant help what companies ship. So two days before my daughters quinceanero we are pasting rhinestone to a non rhinestone dress since the original dress was all rhinestone. But we are not done we also had ordered all of our daughters court jewelry set, two pillow sets,my daughters tiara, jewelry set special ordered and yet to be received. My daughters quince was almost two weeks ago. Hours before the event we were still in stores trying to replicate what we ordered. We reached out to her several times to find out the status and no answer. Her customer service is zero she is super friendly and humble to take your money but once she has to produce a service or products that is thrown out the window. At the end of the day this shouldn't be done to anyone and the purpose of this email is not to talk bad about her but to warn you of what you might be getting yourself into. Good luck and god bless.
