  I thought this shop would be affordable based on some Yelp reviews. My car wasn't starting and I thought, because of my alternator belt squeal and the battery not charging, it was an issue with the alternator and maybe the belt needed to be replaced. Also, this shop is open 24 hours and I couldn't get there until 6pm. Although it's my car I brought my boyfriend in case they ignored me. I talked to Michael at the shop who tested the battery with me and when he saw the belt spinning, told me it wasn't a problem with the belt itself. He gave me a card with his name, didn't ask my name but took down my phone number and put it on my dashboard. He told me he could call me the next day as soon as I could pick up the car. I waited the next day for a call just to call back around 5pm and have them tell me the car was ready. When I asked what the problem was, Michael told me he looked at the alternator and that wasn't causing an issue, all he tells me is only thing he needed to do was change a $5 (which I already had in my glovebox.) They charged me $75 for the labor, and 2 weeks later I have the exact same problem and my car won't start. I don't feel like he made any effort to tell me what was wrong with the car and I don't want to try and go back for an actual repair after this problem wasn't solved.

  AWESOME SERVICE WITH GOOD PRICES. THEY WILL FIX THE PROBLEM WITHOUT YOU HAVING TO COME BACK MANY TIMES LIKE A LOT OF OTHER SHOPS. THE BAD REVIEWS ARE EITHER FROM COMPETITORS OR TROLLS.

  Our car broke down. We live in a different city. The team at Mark motors took great care of us. They fixed the problem with very little wait time. The staff is friendly. The price was very fair. They took all the stress out of a stressful situation. For great service at a fair price call these guys. I highly recommend them.

  horrible mechanics. all of them scammers. will rip u off always talking about money. more expensive and worst service ever. they replaced my brake pads and once i came out from tbe service my abs ligbt came up. they charged me 120 go replace the brakes and now i have to pay 140 to replace the sensor they broke while replacing my brake pads. be aware !!!!!!!!
