::Nice assortment of flowers, but was more interested in houseplants, which they lacked

::Flowers mostly looked about to die; staff completely ignored customers as they were too busy chatting; reasonable prices

::Their flowers are nice, but I walked all the way from University City to take a look at their house plant selection only to find out they downsized some time ago. This is not evident from their website or reviews on the web, so be warned. That said, the staff was nice and friendly and directed me to nearest alternative.

::The fresh flower section in the front is great - but Market Blooms is also part of the plant store in the back and the experience was awful. I purchased house plants before and never had a problem, but recently I was in the market for a fern in a hanging basket. Got one way to big for the space I wanted it for, immediately called and asked if I could run back and make an exchange a woman from the flower shop said sure - that shouldn't be a problem. Went back - and the woman at the plant shop yelled at me so badly and treated me so poorly I actually got shake-ey. I wanted to explain what happened and that I called - but she continued to yell at me and humiliate me. It was really really awful.
