He doesn't make false promises and he is direct and upfront and won't sugar coat your situation, but give you realistic expectations. He wants to know all the facts so he can best defend you. He has a great rapport with the judges, prosecutors and other defense attorneys. He has a good sense for how things will play out in the trial and will fight to get your best outcome.

  Mr. Hauser was called last minute when I was at court with my juvenile son because the court appointed was being very rude and didn't even let us talk about the case. I had to tell the court I had a private attorney who will represent my child. He called the court room to let them know he will represent my child and they refuse to let him represent my child unless he showed up to the court at that very moment. Mr. Hauser showed up with 45 mins and is now handling my child's case. While I waited for Mr. Hauser I went to the nearest bank to give him some cash to start the case immediately because I had never met him before. I was desperate and I need of representation. They judge than let us reschedule the date. I am confident that Mr. Hauser knows the law and I made the right choice.

  Finding Mark was like hitting an easy button. Since 2010 Mark has represented my niece ,myself and numerous others in my family. Mark is great, he makes you feel secure. The simple things like having his direct number and him actually answering speaks volumes. He keeps you up to date with your case and is reassuring. His prices are very reasonable and he's a winner.   Mark Hauser has been a tremendous help navigating our legal system. He has represented me and me advised me, always to a 100% successful outcome. Even a lawyer as persuasive as Mr. Hauser couldn t argue against complete success. I would give him 6 stars but I can only give him 5 legally. Retain him and you can t go wrong.
