  First time buying cake at this place and my last, they hardly but in filling in cake, the cake taste heavy on flour and to much sugar on frosting, the heavy set girl who took my order was very unprofessional, in a rush to get me out of there. I do not and will not recommend this bakery to know one.

  The worse experience ever!!! Not only will I NEVER be going to this place but neithwr will my friends and family!! I sent a cake to be made here and whoever was answering the phones the day I went to pick up was so rude! It was explained to here that I was running a few minutes late to pick up my cake, which was already paid, her response(in a very nasty tone) was well you will have to pick it up tomorrow. Mind you the birthday was on the day of the pick up. I asked of she could wait 5-10 minutes and basically repeated the same. I showed up to get my cake and asked to speak with the owner. I proceeded to explain to the owner my horrible experience how i had to run to the store. Mind you, I am 4 months pregnant. At this point the lady I spoke to on the phone proceed to get nasty again. I told her that I was not speaking with her to please stay out of the conversation. She proceeded to get even more crazy and even threatened to hit me. A man who works there even had to get in front of her because otherwise she would have hit me. I told the owner that that lady should not be working in the front dealing with customers because of how rude and nasty ahe was. All I was told was that they were sorry. Btw, I got there at 6:07. There were 2 people waiting for cakes that weren't even ready and one had just walked out with a cake. As I was leaving at around 6:15 -6:20 another person walked in to get a cake. But she had told me I had to leave my cake for the next day because I wasn't there at 6 on the dot. HORRIBLE customer service! Oh and the cake was NASTY!!! WASTE OF MONEY!

  El mejor bizcocho Dominicano!! Best Dominican Cake and I'm Dominican so I've had my share of Dominican cakes from different bakeries and people but this one is the best!

  Delicious and fresh but when it comes to decorating their very lazy or charge extra to cover a whole cake in color.They pefer to design a typical looking dominican cake.Best dominican cake I've ever tasted though!
