  Impersonal. I navigated a labyrinth of automated menus three times. Twice the extension had no answer, and once I was transferred back to the dead end extension by a disgruntled employee.

  Called was on hold for over an hour( I refuse to hang up; what kind of customer service is this, how is it possible to be on hold heading toward 1.5 hours????? No one is manning the phones

  Antiquated, inadequate phone answering system. 'O' doesn't work. There's no switchboard operator, just music. So don't tell "all agents are busy assisting other callers. Please stay on the line." Only one general number for the entire clerk's office is shown on line.

  Extremely rude over the phone, I called to see if the Clerk's office would perform marriages and she told me to google it. I also asked if there was a judge available who could do it to which she responded by talking in a demeaning tone and saying "You need to google it." Rude and unhelpful, so glad I don't live in that county.

  I thought they were very nice. The lady was knowledgeable and politely answered my questions and I was on my way. Great customer service.
