The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Only one lift to a 40 floor building, that shakes as it moves up and down. Safety hazard. Rooms were filthy and smelled of mould. The shower curtains smelled of damp mould and soap grime. Aircon was unbearably noisy. Linen, bedsheets, and pillows were dirty, dusty and stained. Honestly, this place is in need of major renovations because the location is perfect and the view is breathtaking. Unfortunately that is the only good thing about it. I’m honestly surprised that this is listed on any booking site because the unfunctional lift and the unhygienic bed really warrants a shutdown.

    - This place should not be called as a hotel. The self laundry and lifts do not work properly. Nasty and dirty. Small roaches everywhere. +The location is very convenient, shopping mall “Alana Moana” is 15 minutes by walk. Waikiki beach and Alana Moana beach park are very closed. The higher levels have an amazing view.

I saw all these negative reviews after we booked and got a bit nervous until we actually stayed. We spent two nights here. The location next to the beach is amazing. Yes, it’s a condo motel and all of that was advertised when we booked it. We knew about the valet parking and the room looked as great as the picture! It was clean and the kitchen was great for us to cook our meals in. We didn’t expect there to be dishes and cookware for us, but they were very nice and in great condition. The bed was comfortable and we slept great both nights! The view from the 36th floor was amazing! The check-in was informative and it was nice to know that If we wanted housekeeping they would provide it at our request otherwise you do your own thing. We didn’t need much for just staying two nights. Yes, one elevator works and can be slow coming down, but what do you expect with 40 floors on the tower! Going up in the elevator was fairly quick and with such a beautiful view through the window of the elevator I was distracted and felt the ride went quick. I was sad to see so many bad reviews because for my husband and I, our stay has been great!

0 out of 5 stars. Absolutely the worst hotel I ever stayed at, if you could even call this place a hotel. No lobby, check in was absolutely ridiculous. Hotel room was disgusting, and run down. Not only infested with cockaroaches, I found a bed bug crawling on the bed. There is no customer service, manager barged into our room while I was taking a nap to have us sign for an extra $15 resort fee per night. What resort? And when we told her about the bed bugs and room state she simply told us we could check out. Never recommend for anyone to stay here. Also 45 minute wait just for the elevator when it does decide to work, if not good luck on walking up 30 flights of stairs.

It was (relatively) cheap and close to Waikiki. Ala Moana Beach Park and the shopping center are a short walk, as is the Waikiki strip. For a place to sleep and shower it's fine. Kitchenette made it nice to be able to have a basic breakfast and to make lunch to take to the beach. No housekeeping service, no 24 hour staff, no valet, no bellman, etc. No Lanai. The best thing I can say is location, location, location.
