  I'll take my business elsewhere from this point forward. If in my business I scheduled to deliver a service or a product and didn't show up or call I would expect a negative review too. Incompetence doesn't make a great business. There is other places that would love to have my business.

  Never came. Unreliable. Woman said twice they would come today and now out of oil until monday. Good way to make customers.

  I stumbled upon Maria's Oil one day during a blizzard when I ran out of oil. Her company delivered that same day when no one else would, even if I wasn't a client. Amazingly, this happened to me again a couple of years later due to a miscommunication with my husband who was traveling out of state during another Nor'easter. I called her and again, she delivered in a few hours. Of course, I am now a client. She may be a just little bit more expensive than my former vendor but I am grateful and will definitely keep doing business with someone who shows compassion.
