  My favorite thing about this store is the staff. They bless me every time I walk through the door. Their willingness to help me find what I'm looking for is wonderful. This store provides wonderful material. I love how clean and organized their Bible section is. We will always be fans of our neighborhood Mardel's.

  Great place to shop beautiful jewelry and clothing and a bible. Has places to sit and look at your purchases. The people who work here are great.😄

  This is one of those stores that fully reminds you that at the end of the day it's just business there's no Christian there's no connection there's no courtesy nothing! Nothing you would ever want to brag about when coming here! I have been to this Mardel's location five times and I have been to the one in the alliance area 5 times now and I have yet to be disappointed by the other location but this particular location on Hulen Street has disappointed me for almost 15 years with their lack of customer service which is not even as good as McDonald's which is basically saying they might as well be hell on Earth. The today was not any different not only were they about as mad and ticked off when we walked in the door as I've seen anybody but then they were actually rude on purpose I guess. I have no idea how to explain how irritated and nauseating it is. It may sound like I'm just one of those hard cases that there's no way to make me happy but trust me even being in customer service or having a degree in marketing and a degree in business management we pretty much learned in our first class that this business would technically have already failed if it wasn't for the need for the stuff or the support from the local christian community. Three of the other people that were in there were explaining to their children or the friend that was with them and one lady was on the phone that they were irritated by the place but this is the best place to come for whatever it was that they were looking for so obviously for people out of the eight people that were in the store we're extremely unhappy with what was happening at about 1 p.m. on January 13th

  Lots of great items to choose from! Many items make for great gifts for others. Staff are courteous and helpful. Location can be a bit difficult to find if you’ve not been to this store before - it is set off of the road just a bit. One of only a few chains that are still closed on Sundays.
