  Came here for a gluten free muffin, but was given a regular muffin. When I came back to let them know about the mistake, they told me I had to pay the extra. I said, 'I'm so lucky I've been here before and knew the GF muffins come wrapped in plastic or I could have been very sick." The employee responded, "Well, you would have tasted the blueberries." Guess what!?! They do not label the GF with any flavor, so there would have been no other way to know. Extremely insensitive, no apology given, and wanted me to pay the difference. Quite unacceptable!

  Best coffee and espresso drinks in the whole Twin Cities. I wish I worked closer or had a location close to my office.

  Mapps was my absolute favorite coffee shop when I was in school on the West Bank at the University of Minnesota. The owners are lovely and the drinks are fantastic! Glad to see Mapps had life at the Midtown Global Market!
