::Very intimate cocktail bar in the crossroads in KC. It is slightly hidden in the basement of The Reiger Hotel. To get there, go to the back of the hotel in the alley and ring the bell. The bar is lit by candlelight and there are several tables and booths. The cocktails are tasty and range in price from about $10-13.

::Absolutely love this bar, very intimate and lovely. It's a hidden gem with unique drinks that's filled with layers of flavors. Cell phones are not allowed so you can enjoy the company you're with and the magnificent drinks. Make sure to get reservation.

::This place is a modern day speakeasy! Lit by candles, cellphone use forbidden (hence no pics) , this place takes ambiance very seriously. They have a great spirit menu with a very knowledgeable manager whom I will trust to pick my drink for me every time. The "secret" entrance and narrow stairway set the stage from the moment you walk in. Just watch your head.
