  0 stars. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - STEER CLEAR! We made an emergency appointment for Saturday at 1p. At 1p on Saturday, they called and cancelled--- leaving us stranded with a broken refrigerator - just terrible.

  Technician never showed up for appointment, never called to inform me that he would be late or needed to reschedule. I was left waiting 5 hours until I called another repair company. The call center was not helpful either in understanding why he was late or when he was coming since they could not reach him either. These folks do not care about keeping appointments nor do they respect your time.
