Love this place the whole entire staff are very professional and very polite. And then attend to you right away and they do a good job at it, i had suffer from a back issues and within a 2 to 3 months the pain was gone. I highly recommend this place to whoever is looking for therapy.

Especially now after reading the reviews I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of this location. I only went for a massage that was given to me as a gift through groupon and I was seen on time, no additional payment was needed, and no insurance information either. The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely go back and it is sad to see that people haven't had a positive experience there.

Stay away!! And they say car salesman do Bait and Switch! After a few back and froths via phone, finally got an appointment for me Free ½ hour massage. I show up early, yes I am one of those people and they ask for my insurance card and fill out multiple forms. Thought that was a bit weird, but went with it, as I figured if I like the place, I would try out their Physical Therapy as well. Then I was told that their was a deductible, but the would waive that for the first vista. I then asked "You are not billing my insurance company"?. I was told, yes! Ok, now I was getting angry as the "FREE" was really not free. Ends up that they were going to have me see a Doctor I again asked why I would be seeing a doctor as I have not yet decided to do PT and that I would surely need a letter from my doctor explaining why need. I was too;d that the massage therapist was not even there. I asked for all my paperwork back, they obliged, tore it all up. What a huge waste of my valuable time and effort to come form Brooklyn! Be aware, they are either completely discombobulated or they are falsely advertising a Free ½ hour massage, either way, there are dozens of other places that have their act together so do not go here!!!
