  I have a unit at the Chelsea location, which is also nice, but have to say I am very impressed by this location. Management and staff - special shout out to Elaija, Dan, and Marlon - are very helpful and accommodating, and registration process was clear and quick. I had misunderstood something about the reservation system, but they were very nice in clearing it up and showing me a few different units to help me decide what was best. They didn’t rush me, no pushy sales stuff, just really patient and friendly. Lobby and bathrooms are also very nice, clean, bright.

  Moving into my new apartment in a new city was made easy by Manhattan Mini Storage. Dan in the Hells Kitchen location made the move very easy and helped me find the perfect storage closet. Good customer service.

  At this location (west 44th st), I had an incredible and helpful experience from the pick up to actually moving my stuff. I would not have been able to have such a smooth process if it wasn’t for Dan. I highly recommend working with him when you come to this location!!

  I used mini storage last yea for my summer storage and it worked perfectly for me. This storage location is also nice and friendly. I enjoyed talking to Leah who helped me a lot with my reservation and would like to recommend her to you as a great assistant.

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Manhattan Mini Storage. I rent three units there and am always greeted by Dan at the front desk. He is wonderful and is always willing and wanting to assist with our needs. Thanks for all you do! From the Health-Ade team - Crystal
