  At this location (west 44th st), I had an incredible and helpful experience from the pick up to actually moving my stuff. I would not have been able to have such a smooth process if it wasn’t for Dan. I highly recommend working with him when you come to this location!!

  Staff is very friendly and responsive, really do well by their customers. Location is accessible. Very secure. Plus free coffee, parking, et al. It’s not fancy but it’s not supposed to be lol. Been with them many years, moved units internally twice now due to changing storage needs and both times they’ve made it very easy. Great storage place.

  I am very satisfied with the excellent service I receive here. The manager Ken is very accommodating and personable. The beautiful Ashley is so sweet and helpful. They make my partner and I feel very welcome every time we go there. The place is always very clean. I would definitely recommend MMS on W43rd (and I actually have).Great service, great people! Kudos!
