::Manhattan Deli has a lot of really good food, the building is older and really fun to look at, and the speed of service is also really good. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that, until recently, I've never really felt welcome there. I always kinda felt like I was burdening them whenever I ordered but the food outweighed that feeling. But recently there is a new girl taking orders and has made me actually feel welcomed. If that continues this will be a 5 star place in my book!

::Was excited to try the place, but disappointed with the results. I went into it expecting something similar to gandolfos, with a huge menu and classics from Manhattan, particularly a great pastrami sandwich. It felt more like a mom and pop sandwich shop with soup. Sandwich was alright, but nothing special, menu size doesn't even begin to compare with gandolfos. I didn't try any soup, but regretted not giving it a chance, since I will probably not return.

::Manhattan Deli offers great soups and sandwiches in the downtown area. This is a very overlooked place to eat. I've never once been disappointed, nor have I ever noticed a large crowd that you might find at other eateries in downtown. There is plenty of seating and it is easy to get to. Definitely worth checking out for a quick, cheap bite to eat for lunch.

::Good place for lunch, food is usually very well prepared. Customer service could be better.
